THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The U. S. Army Mission & Installation Contracting Command, Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, on behalf of The United States Army Band (TUSAB), intends to award an unrestricted, sole-source, firm-fixed price contract to National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) under NAICS Code 711310, Business Size $7.0. The United States Army Band (TUSAB) has a requirement for a venue rental to host it's quote mark A Holiday Festival quote mark concert.
