Amendment 0001  The purpose of this amendment is to remove Section I FAR Clause 52.219-6 (Deviation 2026-O0038) to clarify the type of set-aside.  This is set-aside100% for SBA Certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses as selected in block 10, and found selected as FAR Clause 52.219-27 located within the full text FAR Clause 52.212-5 Deviation 2025-O0003 and 2025-O0004.  


There is a change the PWS language related to parking charges in paragraph 1.6.4.3.  This paragraph now reads, "Event location shall have on-site parking sufficient to accommodate all event attendees, contractor personnel, and support staff.  Estimated number of passenger vehicles for this event is 100."  


All other terms and conditions remain.  


The response date for quotations due is NOT extended.

This is a solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested on the provided SF 1449, along the pricing sheet and any requested technical information identified in the performance work statement.


This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with RFO 12. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. To be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in accordance with all aspects of this Request for Quote (RFQ).


This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 effective 03/13/2026.


The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is: 721110 - Hotels (except casino hotels).  NAICS 721120 – Casino Hotels are also considered as acceptable venues. These events are typically held at hotels, but the government will consider convention centers, ballrooms or like venues marketed for meeting space and conferences. The SBA size standard will apply accordingly.  The SBA Size standard for either hotel NAICS is $40M.


The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is X1AB – Lease/rental Of Conference Space and Facilities


Evaluation of the quote will be based on a Trade Off process; award will be made to the vendor whose response is most advantageous to the government. **NOTE** Please see the FAR clause 52.212-2 – Evaluation – Commercial Products and Commercial Services. 


This acquisition has a Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating of: None
