Improve Water System Legionella, Project No. 538-18-101
This project will perform all demolition and construction to provide domestic water system improvements located within the Chillicothe VA Medical Center.
Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary for the Improve Water System Legionella Project at the Chillicothe VA Medical Center (VAMC), 17273 OH-104, Chillicothe, OH 45601.
The project magnitude for the project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
The NAICS code for this project is 236220. The business size standard is $45 million.
All work shall be coordinated with the Veteran Affairs (VA)Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
All Bidder's/Offeror's shall insert bid(s) in the appropriate block(s) on the attached sheet titled "SF 1442 Block 17 Continuation on page 6." Bid(s) will be evaluated on price.
Site Visit and place of performance is at Chillicothe VA Medical Center (VAMC), 17273 OH-104, Chillicothe, OH 45601.
An organized site visit will be conducted in accordance with FAR 52.236-27 – see solicitation attachment titled “SITE VISIT INFORMATION"

This project is a 100% set-aside for a Small Business (SB).
