Drew Matter serves as a Contracting Administrator, responsible for managing the administrative and operational aspects of the procurement process. In this role, they support the agency's mission by overseeing the execution of contracts and ensuring that acquisitions are handled in accordance with federal procurement regulations. Regarding set-aside preferences, the agency demonstrates a strong commitment to small business participation.
