Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) Hazardous Waste Removal and Disposal. Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, fees, and documentation necessary for the removal and disposal of waste items at the listed state operated facilities. Waste items to include Non-Resource Conservations and Recovery Act (RCRA) waste, liquid (waste oil, hydraulic and transmission fluids), waste coolant, waste anti-freeze, paint, flammable debris, wash tank pumping, used oil and waste fuel filters, oil absorbents and waste solvents.
