AI Contract Overview
The 2026 Joint Innovation Forum is a government-hosted event organized by U.S. European Command and U.S. Africa Command to facilitate direct engagement between industry innovators and military personnel at Kelley and Patch Barracks in Stuttgart, Germany, on July 21–22, 2026. Exhibitors are invited to conduct live, unclassified demonstrations of technologies that align with specific Science and Technology priorities identified by the Commands, with separate focus areas for each location. At Kelley Barracks, demonstrations should address capabilities such as personnel recovery, resilient communications, AI/ML analytics, austere medical support, and environmental monitoring, while Patch Barracks emphasizes kinetic and non-kinetic effects including counter-UAS systems, integrated air and missile defense, undersea resilience, autonomous systems, cyber effects, and resilient C4I infrastructure, alongside logistics innovations like early-entry bulk fuel distribution in contested environments. Attendees at both locations will include warfighters and decision-makers seeking to identify field-ready solutions, and exhibitors are required to register separately for each day to maximize accessibility. A classified SECRET-level briefing will be conducted at the conclusion of the Patch Barracks day, accessible only to those with an active SECRET security clearance, though all exhibits remain unclassified. The event is structured as a sources-sought notice with no formal contract value, pricing, or acquisition clauses outlined; instead, it functions as an opportunity for industry to showcase technology through hands-on demonstrations without guaranteed future procurement. Registration is managed through a dedicated portal, and while no evaluation criteria, payment terms, or formal acceptance procedures are detailed, participation is intended to accelerate the infusion of cutting-edge capabilities into operational environments.

Full Description
You are invited to exhibit and demonstrate your capabilities at the 2026 Joint Innovation Forum, taking place July 21–22 in Stuttgart, Germany.
This government-hosted event brings together industry partners with government and military personnel from Kelley and Patch Barracks for two days of direct engagement. The forum will feature live, on-site demonstrations at both locations, along with a classified briefing for qualified participants.
U.S. European Command (EUCOM) and U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM) will deliver a SECRET-level briefing outlining priority technology needs and operational capability gaps. While all exhibits and demonstrations are unclassified and do not require a security clearance, attendance at the briefing will require an active SECRET clearance.
This forum is designed to drive innovation, collaboration, and learning by connecting government personnel with industry leaders to address mission needs and explore advanced technology solutions. The goal of this event is to get real capabilities into the hands of the warfighter. Exhibiting companies are encouraged to showcase their solutions through live demonstrations and hands-on training, providing valuable insights and practical experience to attendees. This is your chance to highlight how your technology can meet the evolving demands of today’s mission environments.
Exhibitors should register for each day separately. This will give the attendees the easiest access to view your products, services, and demonstrations right where they work. The briefing will be held at the end of the Patch Barracks exhibit day.
