Full Description

Scope: Install code compliant egress pathways and stairways to address current life safety deficiencies on 1st and 2nd floor, between columns 8 – 10, B455. Work shall include demo of existing interior stairways, doors, windows, etc. Installation to include interior/exterior stairways, fire rated doors, glazing, walls, and associated fire protection infrastructure. Work shall be phased to allow for continuing operations in the area. HDAs 20191144 RAC 3and 20191145 RAC 3 relate. ESAMS 498174 RAC 3 and 660446 RAC 3 relate.
