21604793 Repair Degraded Sewer Infrastructure, Keyport (DBB-AE)

Degraded sewer infrastructure throughout NBK has resulted in several high profile sewage events results in costly environmental impacts and repairs. Repair sanitary sewer manholes and lines using mechanical cleaning, Cure In Place Pipe (pipe lining), repair, and/or replacement. -Mechanical Cleaning: using a mechanical device to clear obstructions that high pressure water jets could not otherwise remove -ALL segments identified in project scope should be inspected pre and post repair to verify existing condition and effectiveness of the repair. This inspection should be used to validate the necessity of the repair and ID if any additional repairs are needed. Degraded conditions were identified in 2011 sewer assessment. Repairs were previously planned as part of BDTCSH (SR 16188598) but work at Keyport was descoped. Previous package needs to be refreshed to incorporate lessons learned and add manhole rehabilitation.; Status Note (as of 28-JUN-23): CAT 2 assist in place if needed for FY24/Q3.; Status Note (as of 03-OCT-23): Moved to FY24 SWING, per Rich Ramos.; Status Note (as of 19-APR-24): Reprogrammed for FY26
