Requirement: Multiple Phased Approach Phase 1: Cafeteria Conversion -Demo current Cafeteria -Rebuild to reflect new layout Phase 2: Secure Walls and Doors -Construct Secure walls and new access doors -Remodel rm 180 A/B to create new IT Unclassified Hub (Help Desks) -Divide rm 178 to create new soundproof shred room and separate office space Phase 3: IT Space Conversion and Expansion -Demo/rebuild to reflect new layout Justification: To increase amount of open secret space by creating an unclass wing for customer facing interactions. To improve on space utilization to accommodate the increase number of employees. And to repurpose the cafeteria that is no longer in service Requirements: 1) Site visit pre scope to include SWFPAC POC 2) Job Walk to include SWFPAC POC 3) Delivery Order DD 1155 copy once awarded to SWFPAC POC 4) BOD to include SWFPAC POC 5) Digital copy of warranty letter
