Tulsa Public Schools is inviting proposals to provide commodity processed meat and other prepared food items from qualified processors and/or distributors offering USDA Foods processed end products in accordance with applicable USDA Foods processing requirements and an applicable National Processing Agreement, In-State Processing Agreement, or other processing arrangement authorized under 7 CFR Part 250 for use in our school cafeterias in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
