ADA shower
SHIP-90% income
Plumbing: ADA shower, remove walk in shower. Install new tile shower base and walls. Install for proper drainage. Replace shower handle and mixing valve with Delta or comparable. Install 2 ADA grab bars, adjustable height handheld shower faucet with its own adjustable guide rod apart from the grab bars. and portable seat. FRP will not be accepted as a tub/shower surround. Repair/replace any all drywall, trim, sub and finish flooring, and paint needed due to repairs. Remove vanity and install pedestal sink. Install new waste and water supply lines. New shutoff valves. Make sure drain lines under bathroom are connected. Install new if needed.
