Special Instructions: This will be a 3-bedroom mobile home 14x60 single wide 840 sq ft Case Manager Jessica Kelley 580-326-7521 Inspector- Rex Haines 580-317-3166
Special Instructions: All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved.
Doors: Remove and replace 1 entry door at back side of home. Install 1 pre-hung six-panel insulated metal door. Install new combination, keyed alike hardware, Kwikset or comparable. Caulk and seal inside and out. Paint to match new or existing finishes.
Electrical: Check all electrical in home. Put all back to working order if needed and all to meet all I.R.C.CODES for 2019. Replacing any wall outlets, wall switches, over head lights and/or breakers if needed.
Site improvements: Re-level home and stabilize to prevent further movement. Install vinyl back around bottom side of home with what is there now. Replace only where may be needed to match.
Rough Carpentry: At front and back door of mobile home build a porch roof or awnings over doorways . Approx 5x5 roof ,4x4 post in concrete 2x6 framing 1/2 decking 15 pound felt with 26 gage metal for roof all out of treated materials.
