NOTICE OF INCREMENTAL FUNDING: Offerors are advised that the Government anticipates utilizing R-DFARS 252.232-7007, Limitation of Government's Obligation, as this requirement is projected to be funded on an incremental basis. Under this clause, the Government's financial liability is strictly limited to the specific funds allotted and formally obligated to the contract, and the contractor is neither authorized nor obligated to continue performance or incur costs exceeding this funded threshold.
