This inspection consists of a 1) complete operational test of all unit functions, 2) complete inspection of the hydraulic and electrical systems, 3) visual inspection of all structural components and structural connections, and 4) detailed report of the inspection results with recommended parts or repairs. The contract period shall commence from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with up to two (2) one-year periods or any portion thereof.
