The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 10, intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order to Brooks Applied Labs, LLC for chemical analysis of environmental samples for total Selenium (Se) and Selenium speciation.

Market research identified Brooks Applied Labs, LLC as the only source that demonstrated the current capability to perform the complete requirement within the required performance schedule. Although the Government will consider all timely quotations received. If another source demonstrates the ability to satisfy the complete requirement, the Government may amend or cancel this solicitation and conduct competitive acquisition.
