This is a Master Agreement in which the Contractor shall provide Cremation Services. The Contractor will be compensated for services performed in accordance with the applicable rate(s) specified in Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet which shall include all labor, personnel, transportation (including travel, per diem, fuel, and mileage), materials, supplies, tools, any necessary equipment, permits, licenses, taxes, fees, shipping/freight charges, and every other item of expense necessary (unless otherwise specified herein) to provide all identified services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) locations identified in Exhibit E, List of Participating Locations.
