CSOR Vehicle Repair and Maintenance - Group D, Category 1 & 2

The Department of National Defence is soliciting proposals for a standing offer to provide preventative and corrective maintenance services for a diverse fleet of vehicles and equipment, including ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, snow blowers, generators, outboard motors, and various small engines such as chainsaws, chop saws, and pressure washers. This requirement falls under Group D, Category 1 & 2, and is being recompeted under solicitation number W6399-26-LZ96/B. The standing offer, once awarded, will have an initial term of three firm years starting from the date of issuance, with the Crown retaining the option to extend the contract for up to two additional one-year periods at its discretion. All submissions must be received by July 29, 2026, and may be submitted in either official language of Canada. The contract will be managed from the Government of Canada’s office located in Petawawa, Ontario, with Katie Kealey serving as the primary point of contact for contracting matters.
