The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number SAC-66617-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Austin Edwards.
The project is limited to the construction of a 2.4-acre water retention pond over the Deer Creek tributary by expanding channel capacity to be used to recapture and reuse irrigation water for the bordering alfalfa fields through portable pumping and replanting riparian trees.
