Notice of Intent to sole source. The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to enter a sole source contract with Government Marketing & Procurement, LLC. for FEDRAMP approved Agile Fleet Commander product suite to include annual maintenance and support. Government Marketing & Procurement, LLC is the only vendor authorized to provide the Agile Fleet Commander product suite to include maintenance and support. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Legacy Agile Fleet Commander product suite is already in use. This request is for transition to FEDRAMP approved version of Agile Fleet Commander product suite This acquisition is conducted under the authority implemented in FAR 8.405-6(a)(i)(B), Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. This will be a firm fixed price contract for a one-year base plus four one-year options. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541519 (2) with a business size standard of 150 Employees. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available, and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer by 13:00 Local Time (Central) August 25, 2026. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Information must be sent to the Contracting Officer, Richard Ruffin, richard.ruffin@va.gov. Responses received will be evaluated, however a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
