Deliverable: DBB - Design Requested Schedule: FY-24 Q4 Design / FY 25 Q2 Priority: 3 IPL Type: NAVSEA-NUWC-NWCF PSC: Asset Management Support: Environmental Support: REIMB Labor: YES Requirement: • Consolidate Departments (C/00, C/01, C/02, C/70 and most of C/10 [C/10, C/101, C/102, C/103, C/104, C/105, C/107]) • Reconfigure cubicles to maximize Department team layout and collaboration • Modify the number and size of private offices to meet Navy/NAVSEA UFC standards • Incorporate additional collaboration/conference and cubicle/kiosks for telework capabilities • Additional SIPR capability (secure conference room plus cubicle spaces) near Command Suite • Update facility system such as HVAC, Fire Protection, lighting system • Provide Sound attenuation as required. Note: Project does not include the procurement of furniture (e.g., tables, chairs, office petitions) – Furniture package for procurement will be provided. Justificatioin
