FY24 High Secure Space Design Requirements – Keyport B1059 • Scope: The scope consists of a design-bid-build (DBB) construction project that will include a complete gut out, expand/remodel of NUWC Keyport B1059 meeting the following included requirements/construction standards. • Design/Construction Standards • ICD – 705 – Technical Specifications for Construction and Management of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities • TEMPEST Requirements • UFC 4-010-05 – SCIF/SAPF Planning, Design, and Construction • Baseline Requirements: Total secure work space • Offices (600 sf) • Private Office #1 (SSO): 120 sf (10’ x 12’) • Networks installed: one (1) unclass, three (3) separate classified networks • Private Office #2 (PERSEC): 120 sf (10’ x 12’) • Networks installed: one (1) unclass, three (3) separate classified networks • Project Offices (quantity of 3): 120 sf (10’ x 12’) each, total 360 sf • Networks installed in each room: one (1) unclass, three (3) separate classified networks • Workspaces (1938 sf) • Workspace Rooms (quantity of 3): 100 sf (10’ x 12’) each, total 360 sf • Networks installed in each room: one (1) unclass, two (2) separate classified networks, Secure Telephone/VTC • One (1) rack, each requiring electrical power of 208 volts, 30 Amps per rack • Heat generation of 10KW per rack • Separate individual grounding for each work space room • Large Conference Room: 678 sf (18’ x 37.7’) – sufficient for 50 people • Network drops • Audio equipment (speakers) • Lab Spaces (quantity of 3): 225 sf each (15’ x 15’), total 675 sf • Networks installed in each room: one (1) unclass, two (2) separ ...
