The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, on behalf of VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VASNHCS) located 3801 Miranda Ave., Palo Alto, CA 94304-1290 is issuing this Notice of Intent (NOI) to inform industry contractors of the Government s intent to award a sole source contract under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The intended contractor is Signos, INC., 937 Menlo Avenue, Menlo Park, California 94306-2516, United States. VAPAHCS is seeking to negotiate a sole source award to Signos, INC. for Continuous Glucose Monitoring System technology with an AI driven mobile application platform as a potential non pharmacological intervention to support weight management and metabolic health among Veterans.
