The intended contractor is Signos, INC., 937 Menlo Avenue, Menlo Park, California 94306-2516, United States. VAPAHCS is seeking to negotiate a sole source award to Signos, INC. for Continuous Glucose Monitoring System technology with an AI driven mobile application platform as a potential non pharmacological intervention to support weight management and metabolic health among Veterans.
