Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - HE125426QE044Description.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation: HE125426QE044 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The NAICS code is 485410.Please review all attachments to this combined solicitation carefully. A list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure for the base year, four (4) option years and the FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, are attached as well as a description of requirements for the items to be acquired and the dates and delivery and acceptance.Communication. The Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist are the sole points of contact for this acquisition. The subject of the e-mail shall be HE125426QE044, Attachment 7 Submittal. Please provide the companys name and point of contact to include name, title, address, e-mail, phone number, companys Unique Entity Identifier/ID, and NATO Cage Code in the body of the email.After submitting the completed Attachment 7, the Government will provide the Vendor with Attachment 7(a) Route List, and Attachment 7(b), Commuting Area Zone information/Map., via email.Submission of Questions. Vendors shall submit questions concerning this solicitation, electronically, NO LATER THAN 11:00 a.m. EDT, 28 April 2026. Questions submitted after this date may not be considered for a response. Submission of Quote.The vendor must send their quote via e-mail to Mr. David Infante (david.infante@dodea.edu) and Mr. Dustin Fazzini (dustin.fazzini@dodea.edu) with their attached quote. The subject of the e-mail shall be Quote for HE125426QE044. Offers must be submitted via email no later than 11:00 a.m. EDT on 04 May 2026 in response to this solicitation. Emails over 10 MB will be rejected by DoDEAs network.
