The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, Hazelton, West Virginia, intends to issue a single award under Solicitation 15B12126Q00000027, for the requirements of taxi/ridesharing services for female inmates releasing from FCC Hazeltons Secure Female Facility (SFF) under NAICS 485310. The Period of Performance will be October 1, 2026 through September 60, 2027. Releases will be to one of five mass transit destinations commonly used by FCC Hazelton to include Pittsburgh Greyhouse station, Pittsburgh International Airport, Morgantown Greyhound station, Clarksburgh Halfway house and Cumberland Greyhound station. Services will be on an as needed basis and are estimates only. There is no guaranteed minimum. Multiple locations may need to be used a day. Last minute notification is a possiblity but not the standard. Services will not be required every day.
This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set Aside in which pricing will be provided FOB Destination (1640 Skyview Drive, Bruceton Mills, WV 26525). The contract type is firm-fixed price and the Government hereby reserves the right upon award to make formal single award. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation herein, will be considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered (prices being rated higher than past performance). The solicitation will be made available on SAM.gov, where all future information pertaining to the acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through the foregoing website.
