Items are subject to inspection upon receipt, with non-compliant products refused, especially if prior thawing or improper packaging is detected. The contract clauses incorporate FAR provisions related to small business set-asides, labor standards, equal opportunity, and privacy protections, including DOJ-specific privacy and breach response clauses. The contract also mandates strict handling of government records, PII, and cybersecurity requirements, with personnel required to complete DOJ privacy training and sign confidentiality agreements.
