Fireworks Display

Chesterfield County, Virginia, issued Invitation for Bids IFB27000068 on September 10, 2026, to secure firm pricing for the delivery, setup, and discharging of fireworks displays starting July 4, 2027, and for subsequent years. The selected contractor must provide a program lasting at least twenty minutes, beginning at approximately 9:20 P.M., and is responsible for all associated costs, including labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and site cleanup. Bids are due by October 14, 2026, and will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on a Grand Total Bid comprising three lots: body of program shells, grand finale shells, and general labor and services.
