SYNOPSIS FOR FACILITIES RELATED CONTROL SYSTEMS SUPPORT SERVICES


The MCIEast, Regional Contracting Office, aboard Marine Corps Base Camp (MCB) Lejeune, North Carolina has a requirement for non-personal support services to provide knowledge, training, and support to assist the PWD in the areas of Facilities Related Controls Systems (FRCS), Cybersecurity, Assessment and Authorization (A&A), Authority To Operate/Authority to Connect (ATO/ATC) package upkeep and maintenance, USMC Cloud and Cloud-Based A&A support, and  data center support/administration for the FRCS virtualized environment, servers, and associated applications.


It is the Government’s intention to issue a firm fixed price contract in accordance with FAR part 8.4.  The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541513, Computer Facilities Management Services.  This will be a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside solicitation.  The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 8.4.  The Government intends to award using a best value determination. Award will be issued on an all or none basis.


The solicitation will be posted in approximately 20 days after this posting and made available on GSA eBuy.  It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments.  Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.SAM.gov.  Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website www.SAM.gov.  All prospective offers interested in submitting an offer must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code).
