PROCUREMENT TYPE: Pre-Solicitation TITLE: Fuel and Fuel Cards for the Vehicles of the U.S. Embassy Baku, Azerbaijan.


DESCRIPTION: The American Embassy Baku hereby provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Fuel and Fuel Cards for the Vehicles of the U.S. Embassy Baku, Azerbaijan. The U.S Embassy Baku intends to issue a contract type will be a fixed price with economic price adjustment indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery under which may be placed firm fixed-price delivery orders. Companies interested in the solicitation shall express their interest by written correspondence to the attention of Procurement Agent Anar Rzayev at e-mail address RzayevA@state.gov no later than July 10, 2026, using the solicitation number 19AJ2026Q0012 in the subject line. Please do not telephone. All requests for a copy of the solicitation MUST include the Name of Firm, Name, Telephone and Email Address of Point of Contact and Complete Physical and Mailing Address of the company. Solicitation and award will be subject to the laws and regulations of the United States of America and is being competed utilizing full and open competition procedures.
