FUEL GASOLINE FOR MP VEHICLES

The U.S. Embassy in Bogotá is seeking a contractor to supply regular gasoline for its motor pool vehicles under solicitation PR16005065, with a period of performance from June 1 to August 31, 2026. They must conduct a reasonable inquiry into their supply chains and promptly report any non-compliant items within 72 hours of discovery, including UEI and CAGE codes of the producing entity. Such disclosures must also be flowed down to subcontractors at all tiers, and contractors are required to perform quarterly reviews of SAM.gov to remain current on applicable FASCSA orders. Failure to comply may result in removal of non-compliant items, termination, or other remedies.
