The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS-SBR-55484-R6 with Caliente 395 LLC for the Hesperia Commerce Center project. Located on APN 3039-351-08 in the City of Hesperia, San Bernardino County, the project involves the construction of a 150,175 square-foot industrial warehouse building. This development replaces previously approved smaller industrial buildings and office space. The facility will feature 38 loading docks, 76 trailer stalls, and 112 vehicle parking spaces, along with necessary utility connections for domestic water, sewer, natural gas, electricity, and telecommunications. The project is subject to strict regulatory compliance, including the California Environmental Quality Act and the associated Environmental Impact Report. Under Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code, the California Department of Fish and Wildlife has determined that the project will not significantly affect the environment within its jurisdiction, provided that the adopted mitigation measures and monitoring plan are followed. The agreement was finalized with a Notice of Determination dated January 8, 2026, ensuring that all environmental findings and mitigation requirements are integrated as conditions of project approval.
