The Contractor shall provide janitorial and related services in accordance with the requirements of this solicitation. The contractor must furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation and insurance to perform janitorial services as specified in this document at the U.S. Customs and Border Protection facilities located throughout Puerto Rico. The service will be provided during regular duty hours (generally from 07:30 AM through 4:30 PM) at the below listed facilities, nevertheless additional sites/facilities may be added during the duration of this contract as determined by CBP operations and future needs. In the case of new facilities/sites to be added, the government must give at least a 60-day advance notice to the contractor. Services will be performed within the normal five-day week (Monday through Friday) observed by the building occupants, unless otherwise established and approved by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). No work shall be performed on weekends unless mutually agreed by both parties. Heavy duty cleaning shall be coordinated with the Facilities Manager and performed after the normal working hours to avoid disruption of government business during regular work areas.
