NCIS Secure Space Reorganization, B13, NASWI

SOW FROM NCIS: The Contractor shall provide all plans, materials, equipment, and labor to accomplish the following: 1. Currently, the entire office space of NWWH is classified. There is a need to downgrade the office space to unclassified except the following rooms: Bullpen Room 147-B, Office Rooms 139 and 140. 2. Disconnect existing IDS system coverage for the existing classified spaces but maintain ACS for the entire existing space. 3. ESS (IDS & ACS) is required for Rooms 147-B, 139, 140, Evidence Room, and Armory with CDX-10. The ESS system includes the following: BMS, Cypher Lock, IDS motion sensor, Arm/Disarm Keypad, and REX. Each room shall have its own IDS zone. 4. All walls in Rooms 147-B, 139, 140, and two interview rooms need to extend from true floor to true ceiling with STC rating of 51. 5. All doors and door frames to Rooms 147-B, 139, 140, Evidence Room, Armory, and two interview rooms require STC 51 rated solid core wood/metal door and frame. 6. The walls for Evidence Room and Armory need to extend from true floor to true ceiling with wire mesh. 7. One of the interview room's wall facing the corridor needs to be relocated to be flushed to the other interview room’s front wall. 8. All penetrations to Rooms 147-B, 139, 140, Evidence Room, and Armory shall be installed with man-bars with viewing access panels in the secured space for any opening greater than or equal to 98 square inches. 9. Construction schedule shall include phases so that daily business operation is minimally impacted. 10. Patch and paint entire space and replace all carpet with new.
