AMENDMENT 1 - NOTICE OF INTENT - Bloomberg Finance L.P. The purpose of Amendment 1 is to provide the proposed action's anticipated value. The anticipated total award value is less than $30,000.00. The response due date and time for this Notice of Intent remains the same. NOTICE OF INTENT – Bloomberg Finance L.P. This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award a sole source contract using Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Part 12.102 Restricting Competition under Statutory Authority 41 U.S.C. 1901. The Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Headquarters Procurement Services, on behalf of the Office of International Affairs intends to issue a sole source award to Bloomberg Finance L.P., 731 Lexington Ave., New York, NY for subscription to Bloomberg New Energy Finance (BNEF) service via Bloomberg Anywhere and Bloomberg Terminal for real-time data, news, research, and analytics. The DOE plays a key role in educating the Nation’s citizens regarding energy efficiency. This online information subscription will provide DOE access to an array of valuable information to the program offices to formulate better business decisions concerning the renewable energy sectors. The anticipated award date is 06/26/2026 and consist of one (1) 12-month period.
