The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to make an award, on a sole source basis to RELX Inc., 9443 Springboro Pike, Miamisburg, OH 45342, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source.

This requirement is a subscription for electronic and print publications from Lexis Online Legal Research Services collection. The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission) requires this annual subscription for a legal research database published by LexisNexis.
