The Defense Health Agency requires preventative maintenance and repair support for warehouse material handling equipment (MHE) located at the DHA San Antonio, Texas (SATX) warehouse. The Defense Health Agency intends to award a sole-source contract to Lonestar Forklift 2017 USA Inc. (CAGE: 87U71) for DHA SATX warehouse Material Handling equipment (MHE) maintenance and repair services. This requirement consists of the following, quarterly preventative maintenance, and as needed repair support for pieces of equipment. The Contractor shall provide maintenance and repair services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, including response to repair requests within 24 hours, and maintenance in accordance with OEM guidance. The period of performance consists of one (1) 12 month base period and four (4) 12 month option periods.
