The Defense Health Agency requires preventative maintenance and repair support for warehouse material handling equipment (MHE) located at the DHA San Antonio, Texas (SATX) warehouse. The Defense Health Agency intends to award a sole-source contract to Lonestar Forklift 2017 USA Inc. (CAGE: 87U71) for DHA SATX warehouse Material Handling equipment (MHE) maintenance and repair services. This requirement consists of the following, quarterly preventative maintenance, and as needed repair support for pieces of equipment.
