The 354th Maintenance Squadron (354 MXS) at Eielson AFB intends to award a sole-source firm-fixed-price contract to Phillips Corporation, Federal Division, for the repair of two (2) Haas CNC 3-axis machines (VF-5 and TM-2 models) located at Eielson AFB, Alaska.

The requirement includes furnishing and installing the required Haas Battery Board Service Kit (Part No. 93-32-4307) for each machine, reinitializing each machine's software and control systems following installation, performing comprehensive functionality testing to verify operation in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications, and removing all debris and packaging generated during the repair.

Phillips Corporation, Federal Division, is the sole and exclusive distributor authorized to provide factory-certified Haas CNC machine service for United States Government facilities.
