The goal of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to award a five (5) year concession contract with the option to extend the term an additional five years to develop, equip, operate, and maintain a food service concession at Folsom Lake State Recreation Area (FLSRA). To receive updates to this RFP you must create an account before downloading the document. Letter of Intent to Bid, Questions and Answers: Letters of Intent to Bid and questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing and received no later than 5:00 PM. on July 28. To ensure fair competition, all proposers will receive the same information and materials; no telephone or personal inquiries about this RFP will be answered. Questions will be submitted in writing to the State by email to Frances.Deguzman@parks.ca.gov. Deadline for Proposal Submission: Proposals must be delivered in person or by mail no later than 2:00pm on September 16,2026 , at the California Department of Parks and Recreation, 715 P Street, 13th floor, Sacramento, CA 95814.
