Performance Measurement Consultant - Benefits Management for the Human Resources Services Branch Modernization Programme and Workforce Management Project.

Employment and Social Development Canada is seeking a Senior Performance Measurement Consultant to support the refinement and assessment of the Benefits Management Framework within the Human Resources Services Branch Modernization Programme and the Workforce Management Project. The consultant will be responsible for developing data collection and compilation tools, creating reporting tools, producing benefits reports to inform decision-making, and establishing clear reporting requirements for staffing operations and management. The work is to be performed remotely and must be completed within an estimated 233 days, with the contract period extending until June 30, 2027.
