South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority (“TransLink”) is responsible for planning, financing and operating the public transportation system throughout Metro Vancouver. TransLink’s operating companies include Coast Mountain Bus Company Ltd. (CMBC), British Columbia Rapid Transit Company Ltd. (BCRTC) and West Coast Express Ltd. (WCE) and TransLink Security Management Ltd. (TSML). Additional information is available at www.translink.caProject Summary: The People & Culture (P&C) Division of the South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority (TransLink) provides human resources services to the TransLink enterprise through a centralized model. This includes the management of the Learning Management System available for all employee across the enterprise. The Employee Experience and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EX & EDI) department within P&C manages the Learning Management System “MyLearn”, the learning application solution by SAP SuccessFactors, and supports the training departments across the enterprise in resolving incidents and implementing application enhancement services.Please note TransLink does not disclose its budgetary information.
