The 2025 modified project would generally retain all the same general characteristics and components of the certified FEIR project, redeveloping the site with a multi-phased, mixed-use development and activating a new waterfront open space with a variety of residential, commercial, parking, community facilities, and open space land uses on 15 development blocks. Overall, the 2025 modified project could construct up to approximately 5.6 million gross square footage (gsf) of development, compared to 5.4 million gsf under the certified FEIR project. Under the 2025 modified project, maximum permitted heights would increase on the project site and certain streetwall heights on the project site would increase.
