Amendment 1: Extend due date to 17 July 2026
The 88th Medical Group (88 MDG) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (AFB), Ohio, has a requirement for non-personal services to provide comprehensive preventive maintenance and on-call repair services for commercial food service equipment. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation necessary to ensure the continuous operation of equipment located at the Nutritional Medicine Flight (Building 830) in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
(Note: This is a re-solicitation of previously canceled requirement HT940726E002. This requirement is now being solicited on an Unrestricted basis).
KEY STANDARDS:
The Contractor will be required to perform scheduled quarterly Preventive Maintenance (PM) and provide on-call remedial and emergency repair services (including a mandatory 4-hour on-site response time for emergencies). Technicians must possess current, relevant commercial equipment certifications (e.g., HVAC Level II, EPA 608 Universal) and a minimum of five (5) years of corporate experience in commercial kitchen equipment repair.
