Solicitation # 26-282
The City of Milpitas is soliciting a consultant to conduct a Water and Wastewater Rate Study and provide ongoing Annual Proposition 218 True-Up Analysis services. The primary objective is to ensure a legal nexus between the costs of providing water and sewer services and the rates charged to customers, as required by Proposition 218. The selected consultant will also perform annual compliance reviews and potential mid-cycle rate adjustments following the close of each fiscal year. The contract is structured over a seven-year term, commencing on the effective date and running through December 31, 2034.
