Full Description
The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Pentagon Directorate, intends to solicit a firm fixed price purchase order for the procurement of Country Music Association (CMA) Fest Sponsorship for the Navy Recruiting Command (NRC) utilizing the procedures under FAR Part 12, Commercial Products and Services and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Boy Scouts of America (CAGE: 3E324). The authority for use of other than full and open competition is FAR 13.106(b), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and a written solicitation will not be issued. Performance/Delivery:

Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement action based upon responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this notice. Only Country Music Association, Inc. (CAGE: 4EQK9) is eligible for award consideration under this solicitation.
