The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 is conducting market research through a Sources Sought Announcement to identify potential vendors capable of providing Boots on the Ground Services within the Continental United States for the Center for Pacific Islander Veterans Health. This preliminary request is not a solicitation, and no contract will be awarded directly as a result. The research targets companies of all sizes that fall under NAICS Code 624190, with a small business size standard of $16 million. Interested contractors must submit detailed capability statements including socioeconomic status, relevant experience, project examples, and subcontracting intentions by June 12, 2026. Submissions must comply with Small Business Administration and Federal Acquisition Regulation requirements, including limitations on subcontracting for service acquisitions. The service period is projected to begin on September 30, 2026, for one year. Contractors should demonstrate the ability to provide services across multiple locations including the Continental U.S., Pacific Basin, Neighbor Islands, and Oahu, HI, and indicate whether they can handle capacity across all four sites. The government seeks comprehensive responses covering company registration details, contact information, and pricing estimates. This information will inform internal procurement decisions within the Veterans Health Administration but does not guarantee a procurement or provide compensation for submission. All respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), with additional registration requirements for service-disabled and veteran-owned small businesses.
