                                                    Allied Systems Marine Crane Dual Point Davit Repair / Overhaul 



This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE / REQUEST FOR INFORMATION not a pre-solicitation notice or solicitation for proposals/quotations. Pursuant to FAR Part 10 (Market Research), the purpose of this notice is to: (1) determine if sources capable of satisfying the agency's requirements exists, (2) determine if commercial items/services suitable to meet the agency's needs are available or could be modified to meet the agency's requirements, and (3)
determine the commercial practices of company's engaged in providing the needed service or supply.  Pursuant to FAR Part 6 and FAR Part 19, competition and set-aside decisions may be based on the results of this market research. This notice in no way obligates the Government to any further action.



The USCG anticipates awarding a contract for the procurement of the repair/overhaul and brand-name parts and components for Dual Point Davit to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) Standards.



Requirement: This notice is issued by the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) Long Range Enforcer Product Line (LREPL), Baltimore MD to identify sources capable of providing the following:



Scope of Work: The USCG SFLC LREPL requires a contractor to repair/overhaul and provide brand-name parts and components for various Allied Systems Marine Crane Dual Point Davit units to OEM Standards. Please see attachment titled Statement of Work_04-02-26 required to repaire supporting the USCG WMSL class cutters.  



Anticipated Period of Performance: The period of performance is anticipated to be one base ordering period plus four (4) ordering periods, beginning in FQ3 FY 2026.



Anticipated Place of Performance: U.S. Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) 2401 Hawkins Point Rd, Baltimore, MD 21226.



Anticipated NAICS code/Size Standard: The applicable North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The Business Size Standard is 750 employees.
Submission of Information: Companies having capabilities necessary to meet or exceed the stated requirements are invited to provide information to contribute to this market survey/sources sought notice including commercial market information and company information.


Companies may respond to this Sources Sought Notice via email to Ms. Sherri Ore, sherri.s.ore@uscg.mil no later than 12:00 PM on June 18, 2026, Eastern Standard Time (EST) with the following information/documentation:
