RFP #27-02 DUAL-LIFT 911 DISPATCH CONSOLES

The Butts County Board of Commissioners is soliciting proposals for a turnkey solution to furnish, deliver, assemble, install, test, and commission five commercial-grade dual-lift, sit/stand dispatch consoles for the new 911 Emergency Communications facility in Jackson, Georgia. The requirement consists of four dispatcher stations and one supervisor station, each configured to support one 85-inch centered monitor and four 24-inch monitors. These consoles must be professional-grade, mission-appropriate equipment designed for continuous 24-hour public safety operations within a primary dispatch room measuring approximately 32 by 40 feet. The project also includes the provision of one commercial-grade locking file cabinet and one rotating workstation organizer, with an estimated installation and building completion date of April 2027. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, though the County reserves the right to select the most advantageous bid based on price and other factors. Selected vendors must provide a firm price including all labor and materials, and the County prefers a minimum five-year warranty on structural components and lift systems. Compliance requirements include the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act, Buy America provisions, and various federal standards such as the Davis-Bacon Act and Equal Employment Opportunity regulations. Successful offerors must provide performance and payment bonds equal to 100 percent of the contract amount. Proposals are due by November 19, 2026, and must be submitted in a specific format consisting of one unbound original, two bound copies, and one PDF digital copy on a labeled USB flash drive.
