Gwinnett County Public Schools (GCPS) Board of Education is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from suppliers for Comprehensive Card Solutions for Purchasing, Travel, Emergency Payroll/Disaster Disbursement, Other ePayables, and Related Financial Services for use by public agencies. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish one or more contracts with qualified suppliers to deliver a secure, configurable commercial card program including purchasing cards, travel cards, electronic/virtual card solutions, and emergency payroll/disaster disbursement cards supported by an online program administration platform that enables public agencies to issue and manage accounts, establish spending controls, process card-based payments, and monitor and reconcile transactions.
