RFP – VIRTUAL COORDINATOR

The Canadian Transportation Agency (CTA) frequently employs online meeting platforms such as Zoom. To guarantee that virtual meetings run smoothly and are well-coordinated, the CTA requires technical assistance to establish and oversee the process. The CTA requires a virtual event coordinator to ensure ongoing support with virtual meetings and activities on Zoom. In supporting the virtual meetings, the contractor will: a) co-host the events (and record meetings as needed) on the Agency's Zoom account managed by Communications for Public meetings and Public consultations with stakeholders; b) ensure the meetings will not include sharing of protected information (the contractor will not have access to the Agency’s network or hardware like email or laptop); c) work with Agency supplied Court reporters in both languages (English and French) to produce transcripts during official consultations and media events in order to meet ATIP requirements for virtual meetings and will ensure the Court reporters can fully access the Zoom meeting to transcribe the meeting.
