RFQ No. C5613373-Document Remediation

The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) is soliciting document remediation services under RFQ No. C5613373 to ensure compliance with federal and state web accessibility standards, including California Government Code Sections 7405, 11135, and 115465.7, as well as Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at a minimum Level AA conformance. The scope of work requires the contractor to remediate documents originally in Acrobat PDF or Microsoft Word formats, deliver them in accessible formats, and submit a handover report confirming completion. Services are to be performed on an as-needed basis, with all work conducted in English, and the contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and expenses necessary to fulfill the requirements.
