Full Description

The Employees' Retirement System of the State of Hawaii (ERS) is soliciting proposals from experienced, knowledgeable and qualified consulting firms to assist the ERS by providing managed services to support ERS’ risk management activities. Under ERS supervision, Awardee will support the ERS’ internal team to develop and implement a virtual Information Security Officer (vISO) role, enterprise risk management, business continuity services, disaster recovery services, incident response services, security management services, policy and operational documentation services, and customization services for ERS’ governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platform-AuditBoard. The RFP is posted on the ERS website at (https://ers.ehawaii.gov/resources/procurement). It is anticipated that the term of the Contract awarded under this RFP will commence on or around November 24, 2025 and expire on November 23, 2027. The term of the Contract may be extended, at the ERS’s option for (3) three additional (1) one year terms.
